Overview

LineCheck is a schedule viewing app for Alaska Airlines crew members. We are committed to being transparent about what data is collected, why it is collected, and how it is used. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

Data Stored on Your Device

Your schedule data — including trips, duties, flight legs, crew lists, and hotel information — is downloaded directly from Alaska Airlines CrewAccess and stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your device except as described below.

Your CrewAccess credentials are stored in encrypted form using your device's secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android EncryptedSharedPreferences) and are never transmitted to our servers.

Data Sent to Our Servers

LineCheck communicates with a secure server hosted by AeroSynapse Systems LLC for the following purposes:

• License verification — your device ID and employee number are used to verify your trial or license status.
• Crash and error reporting — if the app encounters an error, basic diagnostic information (app version, device platform, error message) is sent to help us identify and fix bugs.
• Schedule snapshots for debugging — a copy of your raw schedule JSON may be sent to our server when a sync occurs. This is used solely to diagnose parsing issues and improve app compatibility. Schedule data is not shared with any third party and is used only for internal debugging purposes.

Data Retention

Device and license records are retained for as long as your account is active. Schedule snapshot data used for debugging is retained for a limited period and is not used for any purpose other than improving the app.

Third-Party Services

LineCheck does not use advertising SDKs, analytics platforms, or any third-party tracking technologies. The app communicates only with Alaska Airlines CrewAccess servers (to sync your schedule) and AeroSynapse Systems LLC servers (for licensing and diagnostics).

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your device record and any associated data by contacting us at the address below. Deleting your account will remove your license and device information from our servers.
